Hunter Valley Food and Wine Month – Tuesday 1st to Sunday 27th June 2010
To celebrate the third annual Hunter Valley Wine and Food month in June, the Hunter Valley Wine Industry Association announced a series of intimate experiences, each with an unforgettable theme. The Fireside Series, had guests cosying up by the fire for supreme indulgences, the Winemaker’s Table Series saw a maximum of 20 people at each event dining up close and personal with iconic Hunter winemakers and chefs, and the Edible Experience had guests creating their own magic in the kitchen and interacting with some of the best gastronomic names in the Hunter using delicious local produce... but this was only a taste of the many unique events which guests were able to enjoy throughout the month, which made staying for the weekend or longer in the Hunter Valley irresistible.
